Shades Art Academy proudly hosted its first-ever art exhibition on 11th March 2019 at the HSR Clubhouse. This milestone event marked the beginning of Shades’ journey in nurturing young artistic talent and showcasing creative expression to a wider audience.
The exhibition featured a diverse range of artworks including paintings, sketches, mixed media, and experimental art forms created by over 100 students across different age groups and skill levels. Each artwork reflected the individuality, imagination, and artistic growth of the students.
The event received an encouraging response from art enthusiasts, parents, and visitors, resulting in a successful art sale and strong appreciation for the students’ creativity. This exhibition laid a strong foundation for future events and reinforced Shades’ commitment to promoting art and creativity.
Indian Arts Festival (IAF) – 2021

In 2021, Shades Art Academy had the honor of participating in the prestigious Indian Arts Festival (IAF)—one of India’s most renowned platforms for contemporary art and emerging artists.
Students from Shades showcased their artwork alongside professional and established artists, gaining valuable exposure to the larger art community. The participation allowed students to experience a professional exhibition environment, interact with art lovers, collectors, and fellow artists, and understand the dynamics of large-scale art festivals.
This opportunity significantly boosted students’ confidence and visibility, while also positioning Shades Art Academy as a growing name in the Indian art scene.
Shades Second Art Exhibition - 2025
Studio Showcase
The second art exhibition by Shades Art Academy was held at the academy’s own studio, transforming the space into a vibrant gallery of creativity and expression.
With over 150 students participating, this exhibition demonstrated the remarkable growth of the academy and the evolving artistic skills of its students. The showcase included artworks across various styles, themes, and techniques, highlighting each student’s artistic journey and personal expression.
The exhibition also witnessed an excellent response in art sales, providing students with a sense of professional achievement and recognition. Hosting the exhibition within the studio created an intimate and inspiring environment for visitors, parents, and art lovers.
