Physical Products (Art Kits & Materials)
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The incorrect product is delivered
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the product and packaging.
Courses, Workshops & Online Classes
- Fees once paid for classes, workshops, or courses are non-refundable
- Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds
- Access to recorded content (if provided) remains subject to course terms
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
